How to Have a Good Night's Sleep from Creative Home Organizer

Do you have sleep problems? Most of us does I think. Having a good sleep is one of the things we wish we'll always have especially after a tiring office work.
Here are twelve ways to have good sleep. Enjoy!

1. Don't go to bed too hungry or too full. Limit yourself to a small snack before bedtime, if you must

2. Limit drinking all liquids a few hours before bedtime. That way you will reduce the chance of having to wake up to go to the bathroom and then fight going back to sleep.

3. Avoid alcohol. It disturbs sleep quality.

4.Cut back on caffeine. it's a powerful stimulant.

5. Stop smoking. Nicotine is an even stronger stimulant than caffeine.

6. Get up the same time every morning. Regularity helps keep your biological clock in sync.

7. Exercise every day. Get a minimum of 30 minutes of strenuous exercise a day.

8. Set aside time to unwind. Read, listen to good music, exercise, or just wind down before you go to bed.

9. Make your bedroom more inviting for sleep. Reserve your bedroom for sleeping and intimacy-don't turn it into an office or TV room.

10. Invest in a good mattress and pillows. The added cost will be one of your best lifetime investments.

11. Resist the urge to nap. For most people napping makes it harder to sleep at night.

12. Buy a pill box marked with days of the week so you can check at a glance whether you took your medicine.

That's it for today! Have a great sleep.
